《GB/T 7764-2001橡胶鉴定 红外光谱法》由TC35(全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会)归口,TC35SC2(全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会通用试验方法分会)执行,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了用红外光谱法鉴定橡胶聚合物的方法,并给出了试样制备及谱图解析的指南本标准适用于下列类型橡胶的生胶、混炼胶、硫化胶单一或并用胶料[并用胶中的小比例聚合物含量一般不应低于20%(m/m)]的鉴定。本标准不适用于定量分析。本方法不能区分天然橡胶与合成的聚异戊二烯橡胶。本方法适用于所有的苯乙烯与丁二烯的共聚物及它们的充油橡胶。本方法不能区分乳聚丁苯橡胶与溶聚丁苯橡胶。本方法能给出关于单体比例和聚合物体系的信息。热解物分析不能测定丁二烯与丙烯腈的比例。薄膜分析可给出关于丙烯腈含量的信息。本方法不能区分不同类型的氯丁橡胶。本方法不能区分丁基橡胶与卤化丁基橡胶。热解物分析不能区分具有不同异构体比例的聚丁二烯。薄膜分析可给出异构体比例的信息。本方法不能区分乙烯丙烯比例不同的橡胶,也不能区分二乙丙橡胶与三乙丙橡胶。本方法不能区分不同类型的氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶。本方法不能区分饱和型和非饱和型聚氨酯橡胶。本方法能区分酯型聚氨酯橡胶与醚型聚氨酯橡胶。本方法不能区分均聚与共聚氯醚橡胶。本方法不能区分不同类型的丁腈酯橡胶。本方法不能区分甲基乙烯基硅橡胶与二甲基硅橡胶。本方法能区分氟橡胶-26与氟橡胶-23
Scope
This standard specifies the method for identifying rubber polymers by infrared spectroscopy, and gives guidelines for sample preparation and spectrum analysis. This standard is applicable to the identification of raw rubber, mixed rubber and vulcanized rubber of the following types of rubber alone or in combination [the content of a small proportion of polymers in the combination rubber should generally not be less than 20% (m/m)]. This standard does not apply to quantitative analysis. 1.1 Isoprene rubber This method cannot distinguish natural rubber from synthetic isoprene rubber. 1.2 SBR This method is applicable to all styrene-butadiene copolymers and their oil-extended rubbers. This method cannot distinguish between emulsion polystyrene butadiene rubber and solution polystyrene butadiene rubber. This method can give information about monomer ratios and polymer systems. 1.3 The pyrolyzate analysis of nitrile rubber cannot determine the ratio of butadiene to acrylonitrile. Film analysis can give information about the acrylonitrile content. 1.4 Neoprene This method cannot distinguish between different types of neoprene. 1.5 Butyl rubber This method cannot distinguish between butyl rubber and halogenated butyl rubber. 1.6 Polybutadiene rubber pyrolyzate analysis cannot distinguish polybutadiene with different isomer ratios. Thin film analysis can give information on isomer ratios. 1.7 Ethylene Propylene Rubber This method cannot distinguish rubbers with different ethylene propylene ratios, nor can it distinguish binary ethylene propylene rubber from ternary ethylene propylene rubber. 1.8 Chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber This method cannot distinguish between different types of chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber. 1.9 Polyurethane rubber This method cannot distinguish between saturated and unsaturated polyurethane rubber. This method can distinguish between ester type polyurethane rubber and ether type polyurethane rubber. 1.10 Chlorine ether rubber This method cannot distinguish between homopolymer and copolyether chloride rubber. 1.11 Nitrile rubber This method cannot distinguish between different types of nitrile rubber. 1.12 Silicone rubber This method cannot distinguish between methyl vinyl silicone rubber and dimethyl silicone rubber. 1.13 Viton This method can distinguish Viton-26 from Viton-23; Viton-246 from Viton-23, but it is not easy to distinguish Viton-246 from Viton-26.
