Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
GB/T786.3-2021, as the third part of the series of standards for graphic symbols for fluid transmission systems, focuses on standardizing the modular representation of symbols for functional units such as oil block assembly and superimposed valve group. The standard is equivalent to ISO12193:2016 and contains 7 chapters and 4 appendices.
Key Technical Specifications of Symbol Modules
| Technical Elements | Specification Requirements | Typical Applications |
|---|---|---|
| Outer Frame Line Width | 0.1M or 0.175M Solid Line | Appendix A Pneumatic Circuit |
| Outer Frame Size | Integer Multiples of 2M | Appendix B Hydraulic Circuit |
| Connection Point Spacing | Distinguishing Adjacent Line Spacing | Appendix D Example D2 |
Detailed Explanation of Circuit Diagram Application Rules
Chapter 5 of the standard stipulates that the symbol module should follow the three-level layout principle:
- The control element module is placed at the bottom of the drawing
- The actuator module is placed at the top of the drawing
- The external connection points must be set at the top or side
As shown in Appendix C, the pneumatic circuit of the FRL device adopts a vertical connection method, and the module spacing does not represent the actual assembly distance.
Suggestions for the implementation of the standard
1. Symbol library construction: It is recommended that enterprises establish a symbol module library based on the standard, including:
- Basic hydraulic component module (such as valve group, pump station)
- Pneumatic function unit module (such as triplex)
2. Design verification: The circuit diagram needs to check:
- Interface connection point overlap
- Outer frame line width consistency
- Closed pipeline representation accuracy
