GB/T786.3-2021, as the third part of the series of standards for graphic symbols for fluid transmission systems, focuses on standardizing the modular representation of symbols for functional units such as oil block assembly and superimposed valve group. The standard is equivalent to ISO12193:2016 and contains 7 chapters and 4 appendices.

Detailed Explanation of Circuit Diagram Application Rules

Chapter 5 of the standard stipulates that the symbol module should follow the three-level layout principle:

  1. The control element module is placed at the bottom of the drawing
  2. The actuator module is placed at the top of the drawing
  3. The external connection points must be set at the top or side

As shown in Appendix C, the pneumatic circuit of the FRL device adopts a vertical connection method, and the module spacing does not represent the actual assembly distance.
