《GB/T 7946-2008脉冲电子围栏及其安装和安全运行》由TC25（全国电气安全标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准代替GB 7946-1987《带电铁丝网和电围栏的安装和安全运 适用于各种需要区域边界安全技术防范使用的脉冲电子围栏系统。本标准不对产品应用场所的范围加以指定。

1 Scope

This standard is applicable to various electric fence systems which are applied with the protection of boundary safety technology .
This standard doesn’t designate the application place range of the products.
