《GB/T 7986-2013输送带滚筒摩擦试验》由TC428（全国带轮与带标准化技术委员会）归口，TC428SC1（全国带轮与带标准化技术委员会输送带分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了在给定拉力下静止的输送带与转动的钢制滚筒相摩擦而导致明焰和炽燃的可能性的试验方法,以及改变拉力的方式。
本标准适用于输送带滚筒摩擦试验。

Scope

This standard specifies the test method for the possibility of flame and burning caused by friction between a stationary conveyor belt and a rotating steel drum under a given tension, and the way to change the tension. This standard applies to the friction test of conveyor belt rollers.
