本标准规定了搪玻璃层耐机械冲击性能的测定方法。本标准的方法属于破坏性试验方法,应用搪玻璃平板样式作为耐机械冲击试验的对象。通过本试验方法考核搪玻璃层的耐机械冲击能耐、搪玻璃层与基体金属的密着性、搪玻璃层的残余应力等综合性能。


Scope

This standard specifies the method for measuring the mechanical impact resistance of the glass-lined layer. The method in this standard belongs to the destructive test method, and the glass-lined flat plate sample is used as the object of the mechanical shock resistance test. This test method is used to assess the comprehensive properties of the glass-lined layer, such as the mechanical impact resistance, the adhesion between the glass-lined layer and the base metal, and the residual stress of the glass-lined layer.
