本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ ８０１９—１９８７《车用汽油和航空燃料实际胶质测定法（喷射蒸发法）》，ＧＢ／Ｔ８０１９—１９８７是参照采用ＩＳＯ６２４６：１９８１《车用汽油和航空燃料实际胶质测定法（喷射蒸发法）》制定的。　 本标准规定了航空燃料的实际胶质以及车用汽油和其他挥发性馏分（包括含有醇类、醚类含氧化合物以及沉积物抑制添加剂的产品）在试验时胶质含量的测定方法。 本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ８０１９—１９８７相比主要变化如下：
———标准名称修改为《燃料胶质含量的测定　喷射蒸发法》；
———本标准增加了“规范性引用文件”、“意义和用途”、“取样”和“校正和标准化”四章；
———本标准对“实际胶质”重新定义，增加了对车用汽油溶剂洗胶质的定义；
———本标准直接引用ＧＢ／Ｔ５１４中ＧＢ２９号温度计，取消了ＧＢ／Ｔ８０１９—１９８７标准中附录Ａ《温度计规格》；
———本标准在９．２中将蒸发浴温度达到１６２ ℃改为１６０ ℃～１６５ ℃；
———本标准增加了１１．８内容；
———本标准在１１．１０中增加了抽提不能超过３次，并且增加了“注”的内容；
———本标准在“计算”一章，只列出了单盘天平称量方式的计算公式，ＧＢ／Ｔ８０１９—１９８７ 针对单盘
天平和双盘天平两种称量方式列出不同的计算公式；
———本标准重复性和再现性规定有所改变，增加了公式表示内容；
———本标准对报告结果列出详细规定。

Scope

1.1 This standard specifies the method for determining the actual gum content of aviation fuel and the gum content of motor gasoline and other volatile fractions (including products containing alcohols, ether oxygenates and deposit inhibitor additives) during testing. This standard also specifies the method for determining the n-heptane insoluble portion of non-aviation fuel residues. 1.2 This standard involves certain hazardous materials, operations and equipment, and the user should establish appropriate safety and protective measures.
