《GB/T 8064-1998滚齿机 精度检验》由TC22（全国金属切削机床标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了立式滚齿机的几何精度、传动精度和工作精度的要求及检验方法。本标准适用于最大工件直径80~4000mm的普通级精度的立式滚齿机。本标准仅涉及机床的精度检验，不适用于机床的运转检验(如振动，噪声,爬行等)或机床规格性能检验(如速度和进给量),这些检验一般应在机床精度检验前进行。

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements and inspection methods for geometric accuracy, transmission accuracy and working accuracy of vertical hobbing machines. This standard applies to vertical gear hobbing machines with ordinary precision with a maximum working diameter of 80 to 4000mm. This standard only involves the accuracy inspection of machine tools, and does not apply to the operation inspection (such as vibration, noise, crawling, etc.) of machine tools or the specification performance inspection (such as speed and feed rate) of machine tools. These inspections should generally be carried out before the accuracy inspection of machine tools.
