本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ８０８６—１９８７《天然生胶　杂质含量测定法》。本标准规定了天然生胶杂质含量的测定方法。本标准适用于天然生胶中所含杂质的测定，不适用于表面污染的杂质。 本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ８０８６—１９８７相比主要差异如下：
———将标准名称改为“天然生胶　杂质含量的测定”；
———除２硫醇基苯并噻唑外，增加了三种橡胶塑解剂，以供选择；
———测定时加热温度由１４０℃～１６０℃改为１２５℃～１３０℃，以免过热生成凝胶和炭化物。
