《GB/T 8117.3-2014汽轮机热力性能验收试验规程　第3部分：方法Ｃ 改造汽轮机的热力性能验证试验》由TC172（全国汽轮机标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
GB/T 8117的本部分，也称为改造规程，制定了用于改造汽轮机的热力性能验证试验的补充性改造规程。
　　
　　本部分所给出的规定遵循GB/T 8117.2-2008中的导则，但还修改和补充了改造汽轮机的保证值以及通过热力性能验收试验来验证保证值。
　　
　　本部分给出了验证试验的准备、实施、计算、试验结果与保证值的比较及测量不确定度等一般原则。
　　
　　本部分仅适用于汽轮机设备中某些硬件改造的性能验证试验。本部分不适用于循环系统的任何改进或其他电站设备的任何改造（例如锅炉、给水加热器等）。

Scope

This part of GB/T 8117, also known as "Retrofit Regulations", sets out supplementary modification procedures for thermal performance verification tests for retrofitting steam turbines. The provisions given in this section follow the guidelines in GB/T 8117.2-2008, but also modify and supplement the guaranteed value of the modified steam turbine and verify the guaranteed value through the thermal performance acceptance test. This section gives the general principles of preparation, implementation, calculation, comparison of test results and guaranteed values, and measurement uncertainty of verification tests. This section is only applicable to performance verification tests of certain hardware modifications in steam turbine equipment. This section does not apply to any improvement of the circulation system or any modification of other power plant equipment (such as boilers, feed water heaters, etc.).
