本标准规定了电弧焊机的通用技术条件、试验方法和验收规则。本标准适用于一般使用条件下各种类型的电弧焊机。各类焊机如有特殊要求时，则应在本标准的基础上加以补充。

Scope

This standard specifies the general technical conditions, test methods and acceptance rules for arc welding machines. This standard applies to various types of arc welding machines (hereinafter referred to as welding machines) under general conditions of use. If there are special requirements for various types of welding machines, they should be supplemented on the basis of this standard.
