《GB/T 8190.2-2011往复式内燃机 排放测量 第2部分:气体和颗粒排放物的现场测量》由TC177(全国内燃机标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
Scope
This part of GB/T 8190 specifies the methods for on-site testing and assessment of gas and particulate emissions from reciprocating internal combustion engines under steady-state and transient conditions. This standard applies to reciprocating internal combustion engines for off-road vehicles, marine power plants, generating sets, rail traction or similar purposes that require on-site measurements or are impossible to measure under test bench conditions and cannot use test bench measurement results. In-service inspection or recertification of remanufactured off-road engines is preferably tested off-vehicle at the loads for the intended use using a measuring device such as a dynamometer or load bank, but in-service compliance may require Test it on your vehicle. This method can be used for on-site compliance testing or certification of new production engines, in-service engines, or remanufactured engines, and for in-use compliance testing of off-road vehicles. This part can also be confirmed against the results of the test bench tested in GB/T 8190.4, but the difference between the engine operating parameters under laboratory conditions and field conditions and the accuracy of the emission measurement device under field conditions should be considered. For mechanical equipment engines with additional requirements (such as occupational health and safety regulations, power plant regulations, etc.), experimental conditions and special evaluation methods can be set separately.
