本标准规定了普通混凝土小型砌块的术语和定义、规格、种类、等级和标记、原材料、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、产品合格证、堆放和运输等。本标准适用于工业与民用建筑用普通混凝土小型砌块(以下简称砌块)。
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, specifications, varieties, grades, marking, raw materials, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, product qualification certificate, stacking and transportation, etc. of normal concrete small block.
This standard is applicable to the normal concrete small block (hereinafter referred to as "block") for industrial and civil architectures.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions and those given in GB/T 18968 apply.
3.1
Normal concrete small block
The small block made of such raw materials as cement, mineral admixture, sand, stone and water by the processes of stirring, vibratory compaction, curing, etc., including hollow block and solid block.
3.2
Main shape block
The block shaped in rectangular hexahedron with the length of 400mm minus the vertical mortar joint thickness during bricklaying, the height of 200mm minus the horizontal mortar joint thickness during bricklaying, and completely sealed at side faces.
3.3
Auxiliary block
The block of special shape and dimension supporting the use of main shape block. It has hollow and solid types, including various special shaped blocks such as ring-beam block, one end open block, 7/10 block and half block etc.
3.4
Blocks without mortar
Blocks interconnected by tongue-and-groove structure, without the application of masonry mortar in the process of building (laying) wall with blocks.
