本标准规定了视觉信号表面色（普通色、荧光色、逆反射材料色、透射照明信号标志）的定义、通则和允许的颜色色品范围及亮度因数。本标准适用于各类交通信号标志和一般的报警信息及颜色编码。本标准不适用于灯光信号颜色。

Scope

This standard specifies the definition, general rules, allowed color chromaticity range and brightness factor of visual signal surface colors (common color, fluorescent color, retroreflective material color, transmitted lighting signal sign). This standard applies to all kinds of traffic signal signs and general alarm signals and color coding. This standard does not apply to the color of light signals.
