《GB/T 8609-2008工业用甘薯片》由TC270（全国粮油标准化技术委员会）归口，TC270SC1（全国粮油标准化技术委员会原粮及制品分会）执行，主管部门为国家粮食和物资储备局。
本标准规定了工业用甘薯片的术语和定义、质量要求和卫生要求、检验方法、检验规则、标签标识及包装、储存及运输。本标准适用于淀粉业及酿造业用甘薯片。本标准不适用于直接食用或制造直接入口的食品所使用的甘薯片。
Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, quality requirements and hygienic requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, storage and transportation of sweet potato chips for industrial use. This standard applies to sweet potato chips used in starch industry and brewing industry. This standard does not apply to sweet potato chips used for direct consumption or for the manufacture of foods that are directly ingested.
