本标准规定了纺织织物垂直方向易点燃性的试验方法。本标准适用于各类单层或多层（如涂层、绗逢、多层、夹层和类似组合）的织物。本标准只能用于评定在实验室控制条件下的材料或组合材料的燃烧性能。试验结果不适用于供氧不足的场合或在大火中受热时间过长的情况。

Scope

This standard specifies the test method for the flammability of textile fabrics in the vertical direction. This standard applies to all types of single-layer or multi-layer (such as coating, quilting, multi-layer, interlayer and similar combinations) fabrics. This standard can only be used to assess the combustion performance of materials or combinations of materials under laboratory control conditions. The test results are not applicable to occasions with insufficient oxygen supply or prolonged heating in a large fire.
