《GB/T 8910.4-2008手持便携式动力工具 手柄振动测量方法 第4部分: 砂轮机》由TC173（全国凿岩机械与气动工具标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本部分为首次发布。ＧＢ／Ｔ８９１０《手持便携式动力工具　手柄振动测量方法》分为14部分,本部分为ＧＢ／Ｔ８９１０的第４部分。本标准的本部分规定了机动手持式砂轮机手柄振动测量的试验方法。 本部分适用于以气动或其他方式驱动的砂轮机。典型的砂轮机在图１中举例说明。本部分不适用于模具砂轮机。 本部分等同采用ＩＳＯ８６６２-４：１９９４《手持便携式动力工具　手柄振动测量方法　第４部分：砂轮机》（英文版）。
本部分等同翻译ＩＳＯ８６６２-４：１９９４（Ｅ）。
本部分与ＩＳＯ８６６２-４：１９９４的技术内容相同，但作了如下编辑性修改：
―――删除了国际标准的“前言”和“引言”；
―――将“ＩＳＯ８６６２的本部分”一词改为“本部分”；
―――用小数点“．”代替作为小数点的逗号“，”。

Scope

This part of GB/T 8910 specifies the test method for the vibration measurement of the handle of the mobile hand-held grinder, and determines the type test procedure for the vibration of the handle when the tool under test is running with the specified test wheel installed. This section applies to grinders driven by pneumatic or other means. A typical grinder is illustrated in Figure 1. This section does not apply to mold grinders. The measured results are used for comparison between different types of grinders of the same type, that is, when the grinder uses the same grinding wheel (same diameter, same maximum line speed). If vibration exposure is to be evaluated, testing is required under operating conditions.
