《GB/T 8946-2013塑料编织袋通用技术要求》由TC48（全国塑料制品标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了塑料编织袋的术语和定义、分类、型号、规格、命名、标识、材料和半成品、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于以聚丙烯、聚乙烯和聚酯等树脂为主要原料,经挤出、拉伸成扁丝,编织、制袋而成的塑料编织袋。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, model, specification, naming, identification, materials and semi-finished products, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of plastic woven bags. This standard applies to plastic woven bags made of polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester and other resins as main raw materials, which are extruded and stretched into flat yarns, woven and bagged.
