Scope
This part of GB/T 90 specifies the requirements that manufacturers and distributors of fasteners should follow in the quality assurance system. The purpose of these requirements is to reduce or prevent the occurrence of non-conforming fastener products, so as to achieve the quality goal of close to zero defects for specified characteristics. This section describes the requirements from receipt of raw materials, through the manufacturing process to delivery to the distributor or user (assembler).
