Analysis of key technical terms
1. Core indicators of building ceramics
Water absorption grading system: 5 grade standards are defined, among which porcelain tiles (E≤0.5%) and ceramic tiles (E>10%) form two performance poles, and a special category of ceramic rock slabs (E≤0.5%+machinability) is added.
2. Definition of water efficiency of sanitary ceramics
Introduction of three-level water level control: working water level (7.8), overflow water level (7.9), residual water level (7.12), combined with a dual verification mechanism of nominal water consumption (7.15) and actual water consumption (7.16) of water-saving toilets.
Innovation of product classification system
Multi-dimensional classification of building ceramics
- Forming method: dry pressing/extrusion/others (9.1.1.1)
- Functional attributes: 7 new categories such as anti-static, electric heating, and air purification (9.1.1.5)
- Specification evolution: from mosaic (≤55cm²) to large-size ceramic panels (>3.6m²)
Material classification of sanitary ceramics
- porcelain sanitary ceramics: water absorption ≤0.5% (3.50)
- class=instrument>Zhetao sanitary ceramics: 0.5%<E≤15%(3.51)
Implementation suggestions
Manufacturers
Focus on new energy consumption indicators such as the comprehensive energy consumption per unit product of foamed ceramics (8.25), and establish a data monitoring system for the entire life cycle from raw materials to finished products.
Testing agencies
Improve functional testing capabilities, especially new methods such as the continuous induced quantity test of negative ion ceramic tiles (3.34) and the dynamic friction coefficient test of anti-slip ceramic tiles (3.33).
Design Unit
When applying the module size (8.6) system, the M/2M/3M base specifications are preferred to ensure that the ceramic thin plate (≤5.5mm) is coordinated with the building module.
