《GB/T 9444-2007铸钢件磁粉检测》由TC54（全国铸造标准化技术委员会）归口，TC54SC1（全国铸造标准化技术委员会铸钢分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了在合同中商定由磁粉检测程序确定的铸钢件表面缺陷和各界限的试验方法。本标准适用于用各种铸造方法生产的铁磁性铸钢件的磁粉检测。

This standard specifies magnetic particle testing methods to determine surface discontinuity D acceptance boundary as required by the purchaser, when testing procedures are specified in the contract.
This standard is applicable to the magnetic particle testing for ferromagnetic steel castings produced with various casting methods.
When magnetic intensity is 2.4 KA/m, the steel is ferromagnetic steel if its magnetic induction is greater than 1T.
Note: as all non-destructive testing methods, this standard constitutes part of the general evaluation or particular evaluation specified in the contract.
