Scope

This standard specifies a general method for the determination of evaporation residues by gravimetric method. This standard is applicable to the determination of the evaporation residue of chemical reagents that can be volatilized and the main body can be removed at the temperature of the boiling water bath. When using this standard to determine the evaporation residue, the residue mass calculated according to the sampling amount and specification value shall not be less than 1mg.
