Introduction

Core changes in the standard revision

Technical elements Requirements of the 2010 version Changes in the 2020 version
Bag type classification Bags with seam bottom Delete seam bottom bags and unify them into square bottom valve bags
Lamination quality No clear requirements New ≥18g/m² indicator
Firmness test 6 drops Modify the test method (Appendix C)

Key technical requirements

Physical and mechanical properties

Laminated plastic woven bags and paper-plastic composite bags must meet the following requirements: Tensile load ≥500N (warp), , unit area mass ≥75g/m². Applicable temperature classification: paper bags ≤80℃, composite bags ≤100℃.

Moisture resistance

According to the Appendix E test, after being stored in an environment with 80% humidity for 7 days, the 3d compressive strength ratio of cement is ≥85%. Actual cases show that three-layer stretch paper bags have the best moisture resistance, with a strength retention rate of more than 90%.

Implementation suggestions

  1. Production process adjustment: Eliminate bottom seam bag equipment and upgrade the heat sealing system of square bottom valve bag
  2. Quality control points: The laminating process needs to add online weighing detection (±0.5g/m²)
  3. Acceptance test: It is recommended to use the user on-site drop test method
  4. in Appendix C

Standard evolution analysis

This standard has been revised five times from 1988→1996→2002→2010→2020, mainly reflecting three major trends: ① Improved environmental protection requirements (deletion of PVC materials); ②Automation adaptation (unified bag type); ③Transportation loss control (enhanced firmness). The 2020 version clearly defines the quantitative indicators of filling process adaptability for the first time (15s/bag).
