本标准规定了各种摄影产品及其生产、加工过程中产生的银泥、残留物、冲洗加工溶液及废液中银量的测定方法,包括采样、样品保存和分析方法。原子吸收光谱测定法(AAS)能直接用于许多类型的样品。消解法A适用于低盐份的废液和洗涤水,消解法B适用于胶片、相纸、淤泥、树脂及浓缩的加工废液。
本标准修订并代替GB/T 9864-1988《胶片、相纸、乳剂、定影液、污水、淤泥或残留物的银量测定方法》。
本标准与GB/T 9864-1988相比,主要变化如下:
———按GB/T 1.1-2000的要求编写范围及规范性引用文件;
———增加了原理、准确度、安全和操作预防措施等内容;
———修订了采样、样品保存和处理、结果计算等过程;
———删除了硫代乙酰胺电位滴定法;
———删除了附录B。


Scope

The standard stipulates the determination methods of silver in various photographic products and their production and processing, silver sludge, residues, processing solutions and waste liquids, including sampling, sample storage and analysis methods. Atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) can be used directly on many types of samples. Digestion method A is suitable for low-salt waste liquid and washing water, and digestion method B is suitable for film, photographic paper, sludge, resin and concentrated processing waste liquid.
