Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of lead content in rubber by the dithizone photometric method. This standard applies to raw rubber, mixed rubber and vulcanized rubber with a lead content not exceeding 1000mg/kg. For samples with higher or lower content, it can be determined by adjusting the quality of the sample or the concentration of the test solution.
