本标准规定了直流电力牵引系统所使用的额定电压。本标准适用于正常运行条件下直流电力牵引系统的供电线路电压。

Scope

This standard specifies the rated voltage used in DC electric traction systems. This standard applies to the power supply line voltage of the DC electric traction system under normal operating conditions. It involves the average value of the DC voltage. This standard applies to the following electrified transportation: a) Electrified transportation of industrial and mining enterprises (including underground roadway transportation); b) Urban rail transit, such as subway electric vehicles, light rail trains, trams, fast trams, low-speed maglev trains, etc.; c )Urban trolleybus, dual-energy tram: d)Electrified railways in the suburbs (including satellite towns) and local railways. This standard does not apply to: a) voltages representing or transmitting signals (measured values); b) standard voltages for components or equipment units in electrical equipment; c) cranes, mobile platforms, funiculars.
