本标准化指导性的技术文件适用于数字电视接收设备，包括通过地面、电缆(有线)和卫星传输的数字电视广播的各类接收设备和装置。

Scope

This standardization guiding technical document is applicable to digital TV receiving equipment, including all kinds of receiving equipment and devices for digital TV broadcasting through terrestrial, cable (cable) and satellite transmission. This standardization guiding technical document applies to (integrated) digital television receivers including display units, and also applies to receiving units (set-top boxes). For television receivers that can receive both digital television broadcasts and analog television broadcasts, they should meet the requirements of GB 13837 and GB/T 9383, as well as the requirements of this standardization technical document. The TV receivers that can receive analog TV signals and also be used as digital TV display units (additional top box) should meet the requirements of GB 13837 and GB/T 9383. Digital TV broadcast receiving cards (PC tuner cards) inserted or permanently fixed in personal computers should also meet the requirements of this standardized technical document. The receiving system used for collective reception, especially the front-end equipment of the cable distribution system is not included in this standardization guiding technical document. For two-way receiving equipment, this standardization guiding technical document only considers the electromagnetic compatibility performance of its one-way receiving, and does not consider the electromagnetic compatibility of the receiver working in the uplink (reverse direction).
