Introduction
Standard Background and Scope of Application
GH/T 1435-2023 was released by the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives in September 2023. It is my country's first industry standard specifically for the cold storage and heat preservation circulation of horticultural products. This standard fills the gap in the standard for the combination of traditional cold chain and new cold storage technology, and is applicable to e-commerce express delivery and trunk transportation scenarios of products such as fruits, vegetables, and flowers.

Key technical requirements
1. Equipment selection specifications
- Car-mounted box: must comply with GB/T 1413 container standard, load-bearing ≥ 1.5 tons
- Express box: dimensions comply with GB/T 16471, marked with storage and transportation marks specified in GB/T 191
- Material safety: food-grade PP or PU material, total colony count ≤ 100 CFU/cm²
2. Temperature control points
Typical case: Strawberry transportation needs to be maintained at 0-3℃, the phase change temperature of the refrigerant should be set to -3 to -5℃, and the weight ratio of the refrigerant to the cargo is recommended to be 1:5

Implementation suggestions
1. Equipment selection strategy
Priority for e-commerce scenarios class=instrument>Cold exchange insulated box, and cold charging vehicle box are recommended for trunk transportation. Humidity sensors are required for the transportation of roses and other flowers.
2. Cost optimization plan
- Refrigerant with latent heat of phase change>200kJ/kg can reduce the amount by 20%
- Use the formula in Appendix A to accurately calculate the demand for refrigerant and avoid excessive configuration
3. Risk control
For tropical fruits such as mangoes, attention should be paid to the chilling temperature critical point (≥10℃), and a phased cooling strategy is recommended.
