2. Regularly conduct resource sharing effect evaluation, focusing on analyzing the directory update frequency and interface call success rate

Compared with NY/T 3501-2019, this standard innovatively:
- Introduces a triplet contract management mechanism to clarify the legal responsibilities of all parties
- Refines the dynamic authorization code technical specifications to improve data security
