Scope

This standard is applicable to the evaluation of apparent corrosion levels of zinc coatings, cadmium coatings, decorative chromium coatings and aluminum alloy anodized coatings during weekly immersion tests and natural environment tests. It can also be applied to other apparent corrosion grade assessments with spot corrosion characteristics.
