Scope
This specification specifies the general requirements for the technical requirements, inspection rules and test methods of the airborne mission computer (hereinafter referred to as MC). This standard applies to MCs equipped on military aircraft and helicopters. The airborne fire control computer can be used as a reference. This standard is suitable as the basis for formulating general requirements in MC-specific specifications. Special requirements for MC should be specified in the special specifications.
