Scope
This standard specifies the form of power supply that should be considered in the development of electrical equipment for civil aircraft and the impact of various characteristics of the power supply on electrical equipment. Specifies requirements for power transient protection, interference control, feeder protection, emergency power supply and emergency electrical equipment in the development of electrical equipment and on-board wiring. This standard applies to the development of electrical equipment for civil aircraft and the design of aircraft wiring. It plays a guiding role in the coordination of power supply systems and electrical equipment. However, attention should be paid to coordinating the provisions of this standard with those parts that are not applicable to the manufacturer due to the particularity of the equipment.
