本标准适用于由硝化棉加适量其他合成树脂为主要成膜物质，制成的硝基铅笔漆。主要用于木质铅笔笔杆表面的保护与装饰。

Scope

This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of nitrocellulose pencil paint. This standard applies to nitrocellulose pencil paint made of nitrocellulose plus an appropriate amount of other synthetic resins as the main film-forming substances. Mainly used to protect and decorate the surface of wooden pencil holders.
