Scope

This standard specifies the structure and basic parameters, requirements, testing, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of rubber and plastic 90° flexural testing machines (hereinafter referred to as testing machines). This standard is applicable to flexure testing machines that measure the cut growth of rubber, plastics, and thermoplastic elastomers when they are flexed at 90°.
