本标准适用于由沸点较高的醋、酮类溶剂混合而成的过氯乙烯漆防潮剂。该防潮剂具有较高的稀释能力，与过氯乙烯漆稀释剂配合使用时，在相对湿度较大的气候条件下施工，可防止过抓乙烯漆漆膜发白。

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, storage, etc. for perchlorethylene paint moisture-proof agents. This standard applies to perchlorethylene paint moisture-proofing agents that are mixed with esters and ketone solvents with higher boiling points. This moisture-proof agent has a high dilution capacity. When used in conjunction with a perchlorethylene paint thinner, it can prevent the perchlorethylene paint film from turning white when constructed in climate conditions with high relative humidity.
