Scope

This standard specifies the classification and nomenclature, requirements, inspection and test methods, test rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of plastic-lined tube and tube heat exchangers for chemical industry. This standard applies to tetrafluoroethylene and ethylene copolymer (ETFE), polyperfluoroethylene-propylene (FEP), polyethylene (PE), fusible polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA), polyolefin copolymer (PO), Tube-type heat exchangers (hereinafter referred to as heat exchangers) lined with different plastics such as polypropylene (PP), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), chlorotrifluoroethylene, etc. . Design pressure: shell side ≤ 0. 3 MPa, tube side ≤ 0. 4 MPa; nominal diameter of cylinder is DN 300 mm ~ 1 000 mm.
