本标准适用于钴精矿、粗制钴盐和含钴废料生产的工业氯化钴，该产品主要用于制作电池材料、电子材料、催化剂材料、电镀材料及其他钴盐的原料，还用于油漆催干剂、陶瓷着色剂、氨吸收剂、干湿指示剂及变色硅胶等。

Scope

This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of industrial cobalt chloride. This standard applies to industrial cobalt chloride produced from cobalt concentrate, crude cobalt salt and cobalt-containing waste. This product is mainly used to make battery materials, electronic materials, catalyst materials, electroplating materials and other raw materials for cobalt salts. It is also used as paint driers, ceramic colorants, ammonia absorbers, dry and wet indicators and color-changing silica gel.
