Analysis of key technical requirements

The semi-synthetic catalyst specified in the standard must meet 8 physical and chemical indicators:

  • Pore volume ≥0.20mL/g (determined by water drop method)
  • Specific surface area ≥100m²/g (static nitrogen adsorption method)
  • Apparent bulk density 0.68-0.85g/mL

Among them, the propylene yield increase rate is the core performance indicator, which is measured by ACE fixed fluidized bed device (reaction temperature 500±1℃), requiring that the propylene yield increase by ≥2.5% after adding 10% additive.

The test adopts the double parallel sample comparison method: the standard balancing agent (9.000g) and the mixed sample with 10% additive added (8.100g+0.900g) are tested simultaneously, and the yield increase rate is calculated by the formula Δω=(ωmixedbase).


Recommendations for the implementation of the standard

  1. Production process control: Focus on the sodium oxide content (≤0.15%) and loss on ignition (≤13%)
  2. Packing specifications: 60kg package adopts a three-layer moisture-proof structure, and the container bag must comply with the requirements of GB/T10454
  3. Application guidance: It is recommended to mix with the main catalyst at a ratio of 5-15%, and the reaction temperature is 480-520℃

Technology evolution analysis

This standard clarifies for the first time the propylene selectivity index of low-carbon olefin co-catalyst. Compared with traditional catalysts:

  • The pore volume requirement is reduced by 30% (the original standard is ≥0.28mL/g)
