本标准规定了测定土壤和沉积物中 15 种酮类和 6 种醚类化合物的顶空/气相色谱-质谱法。
本标准适用于土壤和沉积物中乙醚、丙酮、甲基叔丁基醚、二异丙基醚、乙基叔丁基醚、2-丁酮、甲基叔戊基醚、2-戊酮、乙基叔戊基醚、3-戊酮、甲基叔丁基酮、4-甲基-2-戊酮、2-己酮、环戊酮、3- 庚酮、2-庚酮、环己酮、6-甲基-2-庚酮、二异丁基甲酮、3-辛酮、2-辛酮等 15 种酮类和 6 种醚类化合物的测定。
当取样量为 2.0 g，顶空瓶体积为 22 ml，饱和氯化钠溶液体积为 10 ml 时，15 种酮类和 6 种醚类化合物的方法检出限为 0.1 mg/kg～2 mg/kg，测定下限为 0.4 mg/kg～8 mg/kg。详见附录 A。

Scope

This standard specifies headspace/gas chromatography for the determination of 15 ketones and 6 ether compounds in soil and sediments. Mass spectrometry. This standard applies to ether, acetone, methyl tert-butyl ether, diisopropyl ether, ethyl tert-butyl ether, 2-butanone, methyl tert-amyl ether, 2-pentanone, Ethyl tert-amyl ether, 3-pentanone, methyl tert-butyl ketone, 4-methyl-2-pentanone, 2-hexanone, cyclopentanone, 3-heptanone, 2-heptanone, cyclohexanone Determination of 15 ketones and 6 ether compounds including ketone, 6-methyl-2-heptanone, diisobutyl ketone, 3-octanone and 2-octanone. When the sampling volume is 2.0g, the volume of the headspace bottle is 22ml, and the volume of saturated sodium chloride solution is 10ml, the detection limit of the method for 15 ketones and 6 ether compounds is 0.1mg/kg to 2mg/kg.
