Key process design parameters

Neutralization reaction system

When using mechanical stirring neutralization tank, please note:

  • Mixing power 4-8W/m³(wastewater)
  • Lime dosage is automatically controlled by ORP
  • Anti-corrosion material: rubber lining or PP material

Sedimentation unit

Special design is required for silicon-containing wastewater:

  • Surface load is reduced to 0.4-0.5m³/(m²·h)
  • Add a sludge return system (return ratio 10-20%)
  • Inclination angle of inclined tube settler ≥ 60°

Technological innovation highlights

Internal circulation process realizes quality-based reuse:

  1. Grinding section drainage→acidic circulating water replenishment
  2. Concentrated condensate→filter cloth washing water source
  3. Phosphogypsum slag field return water→reaction flash cooling

Typical cases show that fresh water consumption can be reduced by 40%.


Implementation Guidelines

Sludge treatment

Must meet the following requirements:

  • Moisture content after dehydration ≤70%
  • Plate and frame filter press complies with HJ/T283
  • CaF₂ content>60% can be used as building material

Online monitoring

Mandatory installation:

  • Online instrument for pH, F⁻, TP parameters
  • Data storage ≥3 years
  • Anti-freeze measures are set at the sampling port
