本标准规定了印制电路板制造业清洁生产的一般要求。本标准将合成革工业清洁生产指标分为五类，即生产工艺与装备要求、资源能源利用指标、资源能源利用指标、污染物产生指标（末端处理前）、废物回收利用指标和环境管理要求。
本标准适用于印制电路板制造业企业的清洁生产审核、清洁生产潜力与机会的判断、清洁生产绩效评定和清洁生产绩效公告制度，也适用于环境影响评价和排污许可证等环境管理制度。

Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements for clean production in printed circuit board manufacturing enterprises. This standard divides cleaner production indicators into five categories, namely production process and equipment requirements, resource and energy utilization indicators, pollutant generation indicators (before terminal treatment), waste recycling indicators, and environmental management requirements. This standard is applicable to the cleaner production audit of printed circuit board manufacturing enterprises, the judgment of cleaner production potential and opportunities, as well as the cleaner production performance assessment and cleaner production performance announcement system. It is also applicable to environmental management systems such as environmental impact assessment and pollution discharge permits.
