本标准规定了城市轨道交通建设项目环境影响评价的原则、内容、方法和要求。
本标准适用于地铁、轻轨等轮轨导向系统的城市轨道交通建设项目环境影响评价，单轨、有轨电车、自动导轨、直线电机轨道交通建设项目环境影响评价参照本标准执行。
本标准不适用于磁浮轨道交通系统。

Scope

This standard specifies the principles, content, methods and requirements for environmental impact assessment of urban rail transit construction projects. This standard is applicable to the environmental impact assessment of urban rail transit construction projects with wheel-rail guidance systems such as subways and light rails. The environmental impact assessment of monorail, tram, automatic guide rail, and linear motor rail transit construction projects shall be implemented with reference to this standard. This standard does not apply to maglev rail transit systems. 2
