Introduction

Background of Standard Revision and Technological Evolution

This standard replaces the 1994 version of HJ/T 7-94. The main revisions include: category level compression (cancellation of categories below level 4), addition of international compliance (SA93), strengthening of digital governance (SA175 network information technology), etc., reflecting the transformation of ecological environmental management from pollution control to system governance in the past 30 years.
