Introduction

Analysis of the core content of the standard

Technical module Key points of the specification Implementation requirements
Data classification system Three-level classification structure (category-major category-minor category)
Coding rule: 1 letter + 6 digits
A classification extension filing mechanism needs to be established
Attribute data structure Three types of attribute items:
• Basic attributes (identification code/geometric features)
• Extended attributes (classification/description/association)
• Business attributes
Field naming adopts the pinyin initials combination method
Spatial data organization Layering principles:
• The same topological features are layered independently
• Scale code (AK)
• Layer naming: Pinyin abbreviation_geometry type
Big data volumes need to be stored in partitions

Key technical requirements

1. Coordinate system specifications

It is mandatory that new data after July 2008 use the CGCS2000 coordinate system, and the projection method is determined according to the scale:

  • 1:1 million: Lambert projection (6° zoning)
  • 1:250,000-1:500,000: Gauss-Krüger projection (6° zoning)
  • Large scale: Gauss-Krüger projection (3° zoning)

2. Symbolization scheme

Point symbols use three levels of identification:
Shape indicates major categories
Color indicates medium categories
Internal mark indicates minor categories

Color scheme for area data:
• Border color indicates medium categories
• Fill style indicates minor categories/levels

Implementation suggestions

Data quality control

Establish a three-level inspection mechanism:

  1. Computer automatic inspection: topological relationships, attribute value domains
  2. Manual inspection: feature integrity, annotation accuracy
  3. Version management: retain historical versions of important data

Update strategy

The "5+2" update mode is recommended:

Basic terrain data Fully updated every 5 years
Environmental thematic data Dynamic update every 2 years

Standard Evolution Analysis

This standard constructs a full-process technical framework for environmental spatial data for the first time. Its innovations include:

  • For the first time, it clearly defines the distinction between basic environmental spatial data and environmental thematic spatial data
  • Establishes a mapping relationship with basic geographic standards such as GB/T 13923
  • Proposes a method for designing attribute data structure based on business characteristics
