本标准规定了人体健康水质基准的制定程序、方法与技术要求。
本标准适用于我国地表水和可提供水产品的淡水水域中污染物质长期慢性健康效应人体健康水质基准制定。
本标准不适用于娱乐用水人体健康水质基准的制定。
本标准不适用于微生物和物理因素人体健康水质基准的制定。

Scope

This standard specifies the procedures, methods and technical requirements for establishing water quality standards for human health. This standard is applicable to the establishment of water quality benchmarks for human health caused by the long-term chronic health effects of pollutants in my country's surface water and freshwater waters that can provide aquatic products. This standard does not apply to the establishment of human health water quality standards for recreational water. This standard does not apply to the establishment of water quality standards for human health based on microbial and physical factors.
