Scope

This standard puts forward the general requirements for self-monitoring of cement industry pollutant discharge units, the basic content and requirements for the development of monitoring plans, information recording and reporting. This standard is applicable to the monitoring of gas and water pollutants, noise and the impact on the quality of the surrounding environment emitted by cement industry pollutant discharge units during the production and operation stage. This standard is applicable to the self-monitoring of cement industry pollution discharge units in cement (clinker) manufacturing, mining, bulk cement transfer stations and cement product production.
