Scope
This standard puts forward the general requirements for self-monitoring of cement industry pollutant discharge units, the basic content and requirements for the development of monitoring plans, information recording and reporting. This standard is applicable to the monitoring of gas and water pollutants, noise and the impact on the quality of the surrounding environment emitted by cement industry pollutant discharge units during the production and operation stage. This standard is applicable to the self-monitoring of cement industry pollution discharge units in cement (clinker) manufacturing, mining, bulk cement transfer stations and cement product production. Use cement kilns to collaboratively dispose hazardous waste, domestic waste (including waste plastics, waste rubber, waste paper, waste tires, etc., the mass of domestic waste mixed with the kiln shall not exceed 30% of the total mass of materials entering the kiln), urban and industrial sewage treatment sludge This standard applies to the self-monitoring of solid wastes such as animal and plant processing wastes, contaminated soil, emergency wastes and other solid wastes from the cement industry.
