本标准规定了发酵类制药工业排污单位自行监测的一般要求、监测方案制定、信息记录和报告的基本内容和要求。
本标准适用于发酵类制药工业排污单位在生产运行阶段对其排放的水、气污染物，噪声以及对其周边环境质量影响开展监测。
本标准也适用于与发酵类药物结构相似的兽药生产排污单位。
自备火力发电机组（厂）、配套动力锅炉的自行监测要求按照HJ 820执行。

Scope

This standard puts forward the general requirements for self-monitoring of pollutant discharge units in the fermentation pharmaceutical industry, the basic contents and requirements for the development of monitoring plans, information recording and reporting. This standard is applicable to the monitoring of water and gas pollutants and noise emitted by pollutant discharge units in the fermentation pharmaceutical industry during the production and operation stage, as well as the impact on the quality of the surrounding environment. This standard also applies to veterinary drug production and discharge units that have similar structures to fermented drugs. The self-monitoring requirements for self-provided thermal power generating units (factories) and supporting power boilers shall be implemented in accordance with HJ820.
