Scope
This standard stipulates the basic information on the application and issuance of pollution discharge licenses for pollution discharge units in the ceramic industry, brick and tile industry, waterproof building materials industry, heat insulation and sound insulation materials industry, and construction stone processing industry (hereinafter referred to as the ceramic brick and tile industry pollution discharge units) Requirements, determination of permitted emission limits, actual emission accounting, technical methods for compliance determination, and environmental management requirements such as self-monitoring, environmental management ledgers and emission permit execution reports, and feasible technical requirements for the prevention and control of pollution in the ceramic tile industry are proposed. This standard is applicable to guide the ceramic brick and tile industrial pollution discharge units to fill in the "Pollution Discharge License Application Form" and fill in the relevant application information on the National Pollutant Discharge License Management Information Platform. It is suitable to guide the issuing authority to review and determine the pollution discharge license of the ceramic brick and tile industrial pollution discharge units. Require. This standard applies to the emission permit management of air pollutants and water pollutants discharged by the pollution discharge units of the ceramic industry and brick and tile industry; this standard also applies to the discharge of water pollutants from the waterproof building materials industry, heat insulation and sound insulation materials industry, and the construction stone processing industry.
