本标准适用于土壤和沉积物中涕灭威亚砜、涕灭威砜、灭多威、3-羟基克百威、涕灭威、残杀威、克百威、甲萘威、异丙威、甲硫威等10种氨基甲酸酯类农药的测定。


Scope

This standard specifies a post-column derivatization-high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of 10 carbamate pesticides in soil and sediments. This standard applies to aldicarb sulfoxide, aldicarb sulfone, methomyl, 3-hydroxycarbofuran, aldicarb, propoxur, carbofuran, carbaryl, isopropylcarb, Determination of 10 carbamate pesticides including methiocarb. When the sampling volume is 10 g, the sample volume is 1.0 ml, and the injection volume is 15 μl, the detection limit of the method for 10 carbamate pesticides is 1 to 3 μg/kg, and the lower limit of determination is 4 to 12 μg/kg.
