本标准适用于炼焦化学工业正常和非正常排放情况下污染源源强核算,不适用于突发泄漏、火灾、爆炸等事故情况下的源强核算。
本标准适用于备煤、炼焦、焦处理、煤气净化、炼焦化学产品回收和热能利用等生产过程的废气、废水、噪声、固体废物污染源源强核算,炼焦炉型包括常规焦炉、热回收焦炉和半焦(兰炭)炭化炉。执行GB 13223的锅炉污染源源强按照HJ 888进行核算;执行GB 13271的锅炉污染源源强按照锅炉的污染源源强核算技术指南进行核算。


Scope

This standard specifies the basic principles, content, accounting methods and requirements for accounting for pollution sources in the coking chemical industry. This standard is applicable to the calculation of pollution sources of new (renovated, expanded) projects and pollution sources of existing projects in the coking chemical industry. This standard is applicable to the source intensity accounting under normal and abnormal discharge conditions in the coking chemical industry, and is not applicable to the source intensity accounting under sudden leakage, fire, explosion and other accidents. This standard is applicable to the accounting of pollution sources of waste gas, waste water, noise and solid waste in production processes such as coal preparation, coking, coke processing, gas purification, coking chemical product recovery and thermal energy utilization. Coke oven types include conventional coke ovens and heat recovery coke ovens. furnace and semi-coke (blue charcoal) carbonization furnace. The pollution source intensity of boilers that implements GB13223 is calculated in accordance with HJ888; the pollution source intensity of boilers that implements GB13271 is calculated in accordance with the Boiler Pollution Source Intensity Accounting Technical Guidelines. 2. Silencers 12 to 25 for the air inlet of indoor sound sources. 20 to 35 silencers for the exhaust ports of blowers, combustion fans, etc.
