本标准规定了有色金属（铝、铅、锌、铜、镍、钴、镁、钛、锡、锑、汞）工业冶炼排污单位自行监测的一般要求、监测方案制定、信息记录和报告的基本内容及要求。
本标准适用于有色金属（铝、铅、锌、铜、镍、钴、镁、钛、锡、锑、汞）工业冶炼排污单位，对其在生产运行时排放的水、气污染物，噪声以及对周边环境质量影响开展自行监测。本标准不适用于以上金属再生冶炼排污单位。
自备火力发电机组（厂）、配套动力锅炉的自行监测要求按照《排污单位自行监测技术指南 火力发电及锅炉》（HJ 820）执行。

Scope
